【Food Allergy Policy / アレルギーに関するご案内】

【重要】ビュッフェ形式の特性上、調理過程およびホールにおいて、アレルギー源となる食材が意図せず混合する可能性がございます。

当ホテルでは、お客様の安全を第一に考え、以下の通りアレルギーポリシーを定めております。
To ensure the safety of our guests, we have established the following food allergy policy.

1. 混合（コンタミネーション）の可能性について

【重要】ビュッフェ形式の特性上、調理過程およびホールにおいて、アレルギー源となる食材が意図せず混合する可能性がございます。
調理器具・食器・洗浄機は全メニュー共通のものを使用しております。
お客様が料理を取り分ける際、トングの混用や食材の飛び散りにより、他の料理にアレルゲンが付着することがあります。

1. Risk of Cross-Contamination
[IMPORTANT] Due to the nature of the buffet style, there is a risk of unintended cross-contamination in the kitchen and the dining area.
Cooking utensils, tableware, and dishwashers are shared across all menu items.
Allergens may be transferred between dishes through shared tongs or food particles being scattered during self-service.


2. メニュー表示について / Menu Labeling
各メニュー札には、表示義務のある特定原材料8品目に加え、カシューナッツを含むアイコンを表示しております。
In addition to the 8 mandatory allergens, icons for cashew nuts are also displayed on each menu card.

卵、乳、小麦、えび、かに、そば、落花生、くるみ、カシューナッツ
Egg, Milk, Wheat, Shrimp, Crab, Buckwheat, Peanut, Walnut, Cashew nut

3. ご利用にあたって / Guest Responsibility

当ホテルのビュッフェは、完全なアレルギー対応メニューではございません。
恐れ入りますが、上記のリスクをご理解いただいた上で、最終的な喫食の判断はお客様ご自身にてお願いいたします。
Our buffet is not a 100% allergen-free environment.
We kindly ask that you make the final decision regarding food consumption based on your own health requirements.
